Your Impact (Responsibilities)

Technical Expertise & Fabrication

· Problem Solve: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose customer fluid connector issues and fabricate custom hose assemblies.

· Consultative Sales: Act as a technical advisor, helping customers find the right parts for complex machinery.

· Team Development: Direct daily tasks and provide on-the-job training for Trainees and Assistant Managers.

Business Growth

· Partner with the Outside Sales team to identify new leads and analyze competitor activity.

What You Bring to the Table

· Experience: 2+ years of management and customer service experience (backgrounds in automotive, HVAC, or industrial trades are highly valued).

· Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using power tools, hose saws, and crimping machinery.

· Business Skills: Proficient in math and documentation, with the ability to interpret purchase orders and store metrics.

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements & Environment

· The Store: Work is performed in a clean, professional store/workshop environment.

· Activity: You will regularly stand, bend, and operate machinery.

· Lifting: Ability to move up to 150 lbs with the assistance of provided equipment (dollies/lifts) or via team-lifting.
